Conditional birth estimate

Conditional birth bounds under generation assumptions; not attested parental ages, biological limits or a lifespan.

The anchors give incompatible conditional intervals. This calculation establishes no birth year.

Below are relatives with a selected birth year, the generations separating them, and the interval allowed by each anchor. Each relative’s page shows available dates and sources. The overall estimate uses the intersection of the allowed intervals.

Jehosheba Article STEPBible TIPNR

Jehosheba, also known as Jehoshabeath, was the daughter of King Jehoram of Judah and the sister of King Ahaziah. She was married to Jehoiada, the high priest. When Athaliah, Jehosheba's mother, attempted to kill all the royal heirs after Ahaziah's death, Jehosheba rescued the infant Joash, Ahaziah's son, and hid him in the temple for six years. Later, Jehoiada and Jehosheba orchestrated the coronation of Joash and the overthrow of Athaliah.
