Conditional birth estimate
Conditional birth bounds under generation assumptions; not attested parental ages, biological limits or a lifespan.
The anchors give incompatible conditional intervals. This calculation establishes no birth year.
Below are relatives with a selected birth year, the generations separating them, and the interval allowed by each anchor. Each relative’s page shows available dates and sources. The overall estimate uses the intersection of the allowed intervals.

Ammihud was an Ephraimite, the father of Elishama, who was a prominent leader during the Israelites' wilderness journey. Elishama, the son of Ammihud, was the leader of the people of Ephraim and one of the tribal chiefs who assisted Moses in the census of the Israelites. He was also in charge of the camp of Ephraim, which included the tribes of Ephraim, Manasseh, and Benjamin. Additionally, Elishama presented the offering of the tribe of Ephraim during the dedication of the tabernacle. Ammihud is also mentioned in the genealogy of the tribe of Ephraim in the book of Chronicles.
